Linda & Cathy started their estate sale company over 10 years ago. Liquidating an estate can be overwhelming for family members who have limited local knowledge and resources. Our Goal is to make this task a stress free transition for everyone involved.

We are long time residents of The Villages and are well known for the care and attention we give to every sale. Every item is tagged and priced clearly, linens are sorted and sized,furniture is polished, glassware is washed. Carpets and Rugs are protected with tarps.

We do not have any hidden fees. We pay all the costs involved for set-up, advertising and marketing, labor and clean up. Our basic rate is 35% paid from the proceeds after the sale. We are licensed and insured. As required by Florida Dept of Revenue, we collect 7% sales tax on all items. We accept Cash, Local Checks with ID. 3% processing fee is added to all credit card purchases.
